CDATA function WordPress Exploit

We have found an exploit on our website through apparently from this non-existent blog (still then) and right now we are creating a blog to make AWARE others that CHECK the email addresses of commentators (in WordPress) carefully then allow it. We got this email from an APPARENTLY innocent comment :

IT APPEARS ONLY WHILE QUICK EDITing of COMMENTS NOT in full mode.
